Employee Spotlight: Treayana Williams

Meet Treayana Williams, one of our Consumer Loan Servicers!🚗🌟

Here at Education First FCU, our members and their experience with the credit union are at the heart of everything we do. One employee who has consistently shown a passion for helping our members is Treayana Williams, who has been part of the Education First team since 2022. Since joining the credit union, Treayana has carried that passion through several roles, growing along the way and eventually finding a new opportunity as a Consumer Loan Servicer.

Starting in late 2022, Treayana began her career with the credit union as a Contact Center Agent, where she was dedicated to helping members over the phone with whatever they needed. In this role, she worked hard to make a positive impact on our members and gained firsthand insight into how Education First can make a difference in their lives.

When asked about the impact Education First has on its members, she shared, “Not only do we impact our members through satisfying transactions through the different departments, but we also help educate them and keep them up to date with the things that are going on.”

In early 2024, she transitioned from the Contact Center to our new ITM department, becoming an important part of the project and helping members adjust to the new drive-thru system. Through her hard work and dedication, she earned a promotion to ITM Lead, where she continued to find ways to support both her fellow employees and our members. Now, she’s continuing her journey with Education First in the Lending Department, where she helps members with their lending needs.

After nearly four years with Education First FCU and experience across multiple departments, she shared what has made working here so rewarding. She says, “I enjoy working for Education First because it brought me out of my shell. Coming here, I was only 20 years old and working at a financial institution, so I didn’t know what to expect, but they actually treated me more like family than anything.”

From starting in the Contact Center to helping launch our ITM department and now supporting members in Lending, Treayana’s journey at Education First FCU shows the opportunities that come with growing within our credit union. Through each role, she has continued to learn, take on new challenges, and find new ways to make an impact on our members and her fellow employees. We’re proud to have Treayana as part of the Education First family and look forward to seeing where her journey takes her next!
